Hi ya Backers!
It's almost time, we will be locking the pledge manager survey on Saturday, May 7th. Thank you to everyone who has completed their surveys. It's been a lot of fun seeing what people are ordering especially the wood choices.
We still have a few backers who haven't completed their survey's yet. We totally get that life is busy, so if can't find the link please let us know so we can resend it to you.

Hi!
We are getting very close to starting production. The pledge manager will be open until May 7th and then payment will be processed. If you haven't had a chance to complete your survey, now is a great time to do so. If you have already completed your survey, thank you, and remember you can still make changes up until the survey locks. Once survey's lock you will still be able to make address changes if needed.
We've been very busy these past few weeks getting the shop ready to start production! We are so very excited to get Ravenwood products into the hands of our supporters and we can't wait to hear your feedback. The backer survey's have given us a glimpse of what you would like to see in the future and we are happy to say that we hear you and are on it. We already have several prototypes in the works for our next Kickstarter.

Hello,
I hope everyone is as excited as we are. A few hours ago, all backers were sent an email with the link to the pledge manager. If you can't find it, first check your spam/clutter box, if you still can't find the email, let us know and we can help you out with that.
So far the feedback from our pledge manager questions have been so encouraging and I think many of you will be happy to see what we have in store for the future. Please keep those suggestions and comments coming, hearing what YOU want is most important to us.
Also, if you have friends that missed out on the Kickstarter, our Pre-Order store is now open as well. Once all Backer orders are filled we will get to work on the pre-orders.
